How do I get started?
Level 1 is free. Choose a real everyday situation and the time you have. Rise gives you an ordinary-day approach, a difficult-day fallback and a way to restart without a backlog. Try a version, reflect and choose an adjustment; there is no fixed-month requirement to choose another level.
What does Level 2 include?
The Ascent costs £4.99 once for permanent access. Refine your usual, fallback and restart approaches, keep named copies and reuse them when circumstances change. Deeper self-guided journey stages, personal experiments, weekly playbooks and existing advanced resources remain available. Reflections describe your experience, not clinical assessments or proof of a health effect.
Who can see my journey?
Your private journey and planner require explicit wellbeing-data consent. You can export your record, delete individual journey records or clear the whole planner. Records are not automatically shared with independent specialists; introductions use a separate consent-led request.
Are live workshops or organised accountability pairings included?
No. Scheduled live workshops, hosted group sessions and organised accountability pairings are not currently included. Rise Circle accountability means member posts, questions, progress updates and voluntary weekly reflections; it is not a live workshop service.
What does the Level 3 membership pay for?
The Summit costs £19.99 per month for VitaEdge platform and network access, including consent-led introductions to approved independent nutrition and mental wellbeing specialists. Expert appointments and programmes cost extra. Physical-performance specialist support is joining later and is not currently available.
Do I need to buy supplements to use Rise?
No. Level 1 is free, and buying VitaEdge supplements is never required to take part in Rise or make progress.
